What You’ll Be Doing*Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
*Acting as a trusted first point of contact via phone and email
*Proactively following up quotations and identifying upsell opportunities
*Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
*Supporting the external sales team with account activity and insights
*Providing delivery updates, ETAs, and customer reporting
*Coordinating bespoke products and customer stock-holding services
*Taking full ownership of tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
