Job Description:
Pertemps Recruitment are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a small family run team in Castle Bromwich. Our client are a leading supplier of safety workwear across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment.
The Role: *To assist the team in picking and packing orders ready for shipment.
*Monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate stock is held at all times.
*To organise picking/packing activities for the team.
*Hours of work are 07:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
What You Need:
*Proven experience in leading a team of warehouse operatives.
*Strong background in warehouse operations.
*Demonstrated ability to plan workload to ensure orders are sent out correctly and on time.
*Ability to manage workload independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
