We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for two professional services firms, including a specialist pensions audit provider. You’ll shape the marketing strategy, manage a small team, and deliver campaigns that raise brand visibility and generate high-quality leads in the pensions and accounting sectors.
Oxford office, c.3 days a week in the office + 2 days a week remote
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and deliver strategic marketing plans that support growth in the pensions and professional services markets.
*Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital and offline channels.
*Manage and coach a marketing team to ensure consistent delivery.
*Report marketing performance and insights to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
*Senior B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial or professional services.
*Strong track record in lead-generation campaigns and digital marketing.
*Confident people manager with excellent communication skills.
*Proficiency with tools such as ActiveCampaign, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.
*Experience working with content, events, and social media teams.
