Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities
*Manage the behaviour in the classroom ensuring a positive learning environment
*Supervise work set by the subject teacher
*Be a positive influence to the students
*Strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom
Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience working with children in some capacity
*Recent graduate aspiring to become a teacher
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to keep a level head and manage behaviour
