Your Responsibilities:*Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts
*Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements
*Maintain accurate records and general ledgers
*Prepare basic financial reports to support management decisions
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
About You:*Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally within the construction industry or construction-related accounts
*Strong understanding of UK accounting principles, VAT, and CIS
*Proficient in Xero
*Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
*Proactive, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude
*Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to grow within the company
