The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build deep expertise within the BioTech & HealthTech space while learning how to run your own specialist market.
You will:
*Partner with innovative US biotech and healthtech companies hiring AI/ML talent
*Build consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and technical specialists
*Source, screen and manage high-calibre candidates through the hiring process
*Become a trusted market expert and thought leader in your niche
*Drive new business opportunities and grow your own client portfolio
About You:
*A science degree is essential (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry or similar)
*Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
*Strong work ethic and ability to work to targets
*Resilience and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment
*Any additional achievements — sport, societies, internships etc
