Job Description:
Senior Service Delivery Manager - ITIL, CSAT, SLA, SC Clearance
Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
South of London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

My client is a large International Consultancy who are hiring for a Senior Service Delivery Manager with excellent knowledge of ITIL, experience in CSAT and managing as well as delivering to SLAs, to work closely with a key end customer.
Key Requirements:
*Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management within large, complex environments
*Demonstrable experience of leading and managing teams of Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), partners and International delivery teams
*Excellent ITIL knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes
*CSAT and Service Relationship experience
*Proven experience of managing and delivering to SLAs
*Contract Management
*Excellent knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management principles and processes
*Ability to establish, foster and maintain a continuous Service Improvement culture
*Flexible approach towards hybrid working
*Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC)
Nice to have:
*Active Security Clearance (SC)
*ITIL certification
