We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operative with strong turning and milling skills to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities
*Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision machined components.
*Manufacture parts to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
*Perform tool changes, adjust offsets and set programs where required.
*Carry out in-process and finished part inspection using precision measuring tools (e.g. micrometers, verniers, gauges).
*Ensure quality standards are met on every job and report any non-conformances.
*Maintain cleanliness and safety in the machine area.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to production targets.

Essential Skills & Experience
*Proven experience as a CNC operator with both turning and milling.
*Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
*Knowledge of inspection equipment and quality practices.
*Precision engineering or manufacturing background.
