We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s team and play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right products, at the right time, every time.
What you’ll be doing You’ll be part of the Supply Chain & Customer Service team, responsible for managing the full end-to-end order journey. Your day will include:
*Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels
*Processing and checking high volumes of customer orders accurately
*Creating Excel order books showing delivery dates and lead-time performance
*Updating and maintaining the ERP system from order entry to final delivery
*Identifying at-risk orders and providing updated ETAs or alternative solutions
*Managing returns, collections, PODs, invoice discrepancies and other queries
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfilment
*Raising and chasing purchase orders, monitoring stock and addressing non-conformances
*Reviewing the daily suggested order report and maintaining correct min/max stock levels
*Providing proactive communication to customers against contract KPIs
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who loves organisation, communication and problem-solving.

*Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
*High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
*Ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
*Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
