Trainee Financial Adviser
Location: Gloucestershire/ Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary; £50,000 - £60,000
We are working with a well established Cotswolds based IFA who are looking for a Trainee Financial Adviser who has a background in Paraplanning. The role has become available as the founder of the business is looking to take a step back from advising and wants to personally train their replacement to takeover their clients.
There are approximately 100 clients based in Gloucestershire/ Oxfordshire to take over with a significant aum of over £50m. In the first year the Trainee Financial Adviser will work closely with the principal to build relationships with their long-standing clients to provide a smooth transition when they step back.
This is an amazing opportunity for a technically minded Paraplanner who is looking to take the next step into advice or a newly qualified adviser who is looking to gain experience with a HNW client bank.

What’s Required?
*Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or close to)
*2+ Years working in a Paraplanning role
*Experience in a client facing role
*Strong technical knowledge
