What You’ll Be Doing:
*Full 360 recruitment: BD, resourcing, client relationship management
*Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals
*Build and maintain strong client pipelines
*Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding
*Hit and exceed KPIs with full support and autonomy

*Proven 360 recruitment experience (any sector)
*Confident in business development and cold outreach
*Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
*Organised, ambitious, and target-driven
*Oldham-based or commutable
