As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Industrial Divisional Manager to lead and expand operations in the Bolton area.
The Role
This is a key leadership position for an ambitious, commercially driven individual. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for growing the Bolton division—leading a team, building new business, and delivering service excellence to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and account managers.
*Drive business development across the local industrial sector, targeting new clients and contracts.
*Maintain and grow key client relationships, ensuring high service standards and client retention.
*Identify market trends and business opportunities in the Bolton area.
*Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
*Monitor KPIs and ensure operational and legal compliance.
*Report regularly on division performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements
*Previous leadership experience in industrial recruitment or a similar operational environment.
*Proven ability to win new business and drive commercial growth.
*Hands-on leadership style with excellent team management skills.
*Sound knowledge of the local industrial market in and around Bolton.
*Full UK driving licence.
