Job Description:
Futures recruitment is working with a family run manufacturing organisation based in Leeds who work within a niche corner of the market. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a client-facing, field-based role and enjoys taking full ownership of the sales process — from identifying and targeting new prospects through to conversion and long-term account development.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your designated territory. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
*Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities
*Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
*Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
*Maintain strong product and market knowledge to position solutions effectively
*Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
The ideal candidate
*Proven experience in a field-based B2B sales role
*Strong track record of winning new business
*Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
*Confident communicator with the ability to build credibility at all levels
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
*Full UK driving licence
