Analytics Manager
London Bridge. Up to 90000.
This is an opportunity to step into a true management position while staying hands-on with impactful analytics work. You will shape analytical delivery, lead a developing team, and present insight that directly influences decisions across the financial services sector.

The Role
You will play a key role in managing a growing analytics function while contributing directly to delivery. Responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a team of junior and mid-level analysts.
* Overseeing workload prioritisation and ensuring high-quality analytical outputs.
* Acting as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project delivery.
* Presenting data-driven insights to financial institutions and showcasing the value of analytical products.
* Translating complex findings into meaningful, commercial recommendations.
* Collaborating with Product, Commercial and Presales teams on client-focused solutions.
* Supporting the design, development and execution of analytics projects and dashboards.
* Contributing to product evolution, new data offerings and market insight initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience working with SQL and Python in analytical environments.
* Experience working with large datasets and producing high-quality, reliable analysis.
* Previous experience mentoring or managing analysts.
* Confident in presenting insights to senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups.
* Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.
* Background in financial services, mortgages, credit risk or related domains is beneficial.
