Job Description:
A well-established and reputable distribution business in Blackburn is seeking a confident and capable Office and Accounts administrator to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using Sage 50
*Raising invoices and supporting the sales function
*Carrying out account reconciliations
*Managing and processing customer and supplier rebates
*Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
*Using Sage 50 for day-to-day accounts processing
*Handling general office administration duties
*Providing a high level of service to customers and colleagues
*Supporting the wider team as required
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in an office-based role
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong Sage 50 experience is Essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary &Benefits:
*Up to £30,000 annual salary (DOE)
