Job Description:
We’re recruiting Service Delivery Coordinators to support a major project within a leading organisation In the Solihull area. This is a great opportunity to join a focused project team delivering essential service upgrades.
About the Service Delivery Coordinator role:
*Contact customers and handling incoming queries by phone and email to arrange
*Follow up where needed to secure engagement
*Update internal systems accurately
*Handover confirmed cases to scheduling teams
*Work independently while contributing to team targets
To be considered for the Service Delivery Coordinator role:
*Experience in an office or customer-facing role
*Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
*Self-motivated and organised
*Telecoms experience beneficial but not essential
*Comfortable being based onsite in a busy supportive fast paced environment
