We’re seeking a high-energy, growth-mindset Head of Supply Chain to lead planning and warehousing for a fast-paced, scaling organisation.

Description
The hands-on Head of Supply Chain, you will play a significant role as part of the SLT based from the Oxfordshire HQ. You lead a high performance people orientated culture.
This is a hands on role with day to day responsibility including:
*Deliver supply chain strategy with a strong focus on inventory optimisation and reduction of excess stock.
*Lead both the S&OP and CPFR processes to ensure alignment between demand, production, and market availability.
*Oversee freight operations across ocean, air, and intermodal networks-driving cost-effective and reliable delivery.
*Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers across Southern China, ensuring quality, reliability, and on-time performance.
*Enhance forecasting accuracy, safety stock management, and SKU rationalisation to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
*Use digital tools (ERP, WMS) to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
*Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and international customs requirements.
*Build, inspire, and develop high-performing global supply chain teams.

*5+ years of international supply chain leadership-ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG
*A track record of reducing excess inventory and improving turnover through data-driven planning.
*Strong experience in global freight, warehousing, and trade compliance.
*Expertise in S&OP, CPFR, and digital supply chain systems.
*A high-energy, proactive approach with a genuine growth mindset.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
*A hands-on, practical style-comfortable switching between strategic thinking and operational execution.
Job Offer
*£60,000 - £70,000 salary
