Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide tailored support to students with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
*Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.
*Utilise adaptive equipment and technology to enhance student learning and participation.
*Monitor and support the wellbeing and educational progress of students.
*Engage with students through one-on-one sessions and group activities, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience working with SEN students or in a similar role within SEN settings.
*Patience, resilience, and a compassionate approach to student interaction.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and engage with students.
