Job Description:

*Full UK driving licence

*Team player willing to support colleagues where required
So, what will you be doing?*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Arranging and attending property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
*Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding applications, negotiations, and agreements
*Coordinating property advertising, photographs, and portal listings
*Assisting with tenancy progression and renewals
*Supporting compliance documentation, Right to Rent checks, and letting packs
*Maintaining accurate records on lettings software and updating the website
*Assisting with property boards and general lettings administration
*Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
