We’re looking for a proactive Resourcing Partner to help attract and hire great talent across a growing organisation. You’ll deliver a smooth, inclusive recruitment experience while working closely with leaders and HR to meet business needs.

What You’ll Do
*Manage end-to-end recruitment across a defined business area.
*Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and shape resourcing plans.
*Source talent proactively through direct channels, networks and talent pools.
*Screen applicants, coordinate selection activities and ensure timely feedback.
*Coach hiring managers to make confident, fair decisions.
*Use market insight to improve attraction strategies.
*Maintain accurate data and support the use of recruitment systems.
*Promote internal mobility through talent and succession discussions.
What You’ll Bring *In-house or agency recruitment experience across varied roles.
*Strong direct sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, CV databases).
*Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
*Clear, adaptable communication style.
*Awareness of current recruitment trends and candidate expectations.
*Strong organisation, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
*Commitment to continuous improvement.
*Confident interviewer with excellent written and verbal communication.
