Job Description:
Management Accountant
Marketing Agency | Central London | 50k - 55k | Hybrid (3-4 days in the office)
We’re excited to be representing a well-established international creative agency on the search for a commercial focused Finance Manager to support financial operations across 2 European business entities.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role offering strong exposure to senior leadership and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary
*Review ledgers, balance sheets, accruals and journals
*Manage revenue recognition and associated reporting
*Support year-end and audit processes
*Produce ad hoc financial reports
*Monitor cash flow and report weekly to group finance
*Oversee billing, credit control and WIP
*Analyse performance trends and provide recommendations
*Deliver utilisation and profitability reporting
*Review budgets vs actuals and advise on improvements
*Partner with stakeholders on budgets and financial processes
About You
*Experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
*Strong financial reporting and controls knowledge
*Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Strong Excel skills
*Confident communicator with non-finance stakeholders
*Highly organised, analytical and commercially minded
*Agency/creative industry experience highly desirable
