Job Description:
Rila Group, based in London Westend, provides a range of products and services in the healthcare, publishing, and education sectors in the UK and abroad.
Rila focuses on a range of core services related to continuing professional development services in medicine, the hospitality industry, online and hardcopy publishing conferences and other bespoke services.

Responsibilities
*Answer and direct phone calls
*Greet visitors in reception
*Organise and schedule appointments
*Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
*Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
*Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
*Update and maintain office policies and procedures
*Maintain contact lists
*Provide general support to visitors
*Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the senior manager
*Manage calendar for Managing Director
*Scanning and filing
Skills and attributes necessary
*Good general and current affairs knowledge
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Interpersonal skills
*Confidence
*Organisational skills
*Determination and resilience
*Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
*Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
