Job Title: Administrator
Location: Leicester
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday - office based
*Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
*Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting a busy operational team, including colleagues working remotely and on-site. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support across the team
*Manage and coordinate diaries for team members out on site
*Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up
*Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
*Work to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
Skills & Experience Required:
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
*Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable
