DCS are currently recruiting tilers/floor layers in central Manchester.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in cap & cove vinyl flooring, including screeding and hot welding
*NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Flooring Installation
*Full, clean UK Driving Licence
*Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
*Adherence to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
*Working efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.
*Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
*Communicating effectively with site managers and other trades.
Essential Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience as a professional Floor Layer, with a strong portfolio of work in domestic settings, particularly kitchens, bathrooms, and wetrooms.
*Demonstrable expertise in both screeding and the installation of various flooring types.
*Proven competence in wetroom flooring installation, including precise cap and cove techniques.
*Proficiency in sub-floor preparation, including damp proofing and levelling compounds.
*Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
