We’re representing a growing, ambitious digital marketing agency looking to hire a talented Social Media Specialist to help elevate and expand their clients’ online presence
This isn’t a "post and hope" role. It’s about building strategy-led, creative campaigns that deliver measurable performance.
The Opportunity
· You’ll play a key role in delivering bold, results-driven social campaigns — from initial pitch and strategy through to content creation, optimisation, and reporting
· Working closely with the Creative Manager and wider digital team, you’ll manage campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and X
· You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, test new formats (especially short-form video), and see your work directly influence performance outcomes
What You’ll Be Doing
*Translating client objectives into clear, audience-focused social strategies
*Creating engaging content, including Reels and TikTok videos
*Managing and optimising campaigns across key social platforms
*Writing high-quality, persuasive copy for social, email, and web
*Analysing performance data and delivering actionable insights
*Monitoring trends and emerging channels to keep campaigns innovative
*Collaborating closely with account managers and clients to ensure alignment and delivery
About You
You’ll bring:
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media campaigns
*Strong knowledge of Meta platforms, TikTok, and LinkedIn
*Experience creating engaging written and video content
*Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency
*Confidence interpreting data and improving campaign performance
*Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
*You’ll be creative, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment where collaboration and accountability are key
