Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
*Prepare quotations and support Account Managers and Directors
*Process customer and supplier orders using a CRM system
*Manage returns and repairs
*Support shipping, invoicing, and goods inspection when required
*Manage allocated customer accounts and identify new or repeat business opportunities
*Assist with general sales administration and basic reporting
Skills & Experience:
*Experience in sales administration or order processing required
*Confident using CRM systems and MS Word/Excel
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced office environment
*Strong communication and customer service skills
