Overview:
A highly regarded Scottish firm is seeking a Private Client Partner to play a key role in the continued growth and development of its established department. The role offers the opportunity to shape strategic direction, lead complex client matters and contribute to the firm’s wider leadership, while overseeing a blend of high-net-worth, succession, trusts and estate administration work.
Role Requirements:
- Leading high-level advisory work across wills, succession planning, trusts, executries and tax-efficient structures
- Managing a significant client portfolio and developing long-term relationships
- Providing guidance on complex matters, including Adults with Incapacity and multi-jurisdictional estates
- Overseeing the supervision, mentoring and progression of the wider team
- Driving business development initiatives and contributing to departmental strategy
- Ensuring quality standards, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Experience:
- Extensive private client experience gained at senior level
- Proven track record of handling complex estates, trusts and succession matters
- Experience leading teams and contributing to departmental growth
- STEP qualified or equivalent senior-level expertise
Skills:
- Confident communicator who instils trust with clients and colleagues
- Strategic mindset with ability to lead, influence and collaborate
- Detail-focused, organised and commercially aware
- Committed to maintaining high professional and ethical standards
