The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in delivering financial support for the B&M stores across EMEA. Reporting to the FP&A Lead, this role collaborates closely with key business partners and finance team members to support the monthly close and reporting processes. Additionally, the position contributes to divisional budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain reporting suites for EMEA Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations, ensuring they meet business requirements.
*Support month-end processes, including preparing journals, conducting variance analysis, creating bridges, and engaging with budget holders to review results.
*Assist in forecasting and planning processes across the full B&M P&L, including loading submissions into Essbase, performing variance analysis, building bridges, and contributing to review decks.
*Monitor and review monthly T&E expense lines, preparing detailed reports and collaborating with functional department heads to ensure effective expenditure control.
*Provide support on ad hoc requests and projects from partners to aid decision-making processes.
Experience & Qualifications:
*University degree in Finance or Accounting.
*Actively pursuing a recognised financial qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Previous experience in FP&A within a multinational or retail company is preferred.
*Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.
*Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and projects.

*Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
*Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications is mandatory.
*Experience with SAP, Insight, and Hyperion Essbase systems is preferred.
