Paraplanner & Support Team Lead
Location: Hulcote, Milton Keynes
Salary: up to £65,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

The role of the Paraplanner & Support Team Lead is to provide support delivered to an exceptional standard to both Individual and Enterprise clients, oversee the workflows and cases completed within a timeframe and to support the Financial Planners in undertaking their roles. With a passion to want to deliver an exceptional service to clients to ensure they live their very best lives through creativity and excellent financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
*To oversee the workflow of the Paraplanners and Client Relations Team.
*To work as a Paraplanner and support the Financial Planning team with high quality meeting preparation and technical input.
*To be curious and want to find new and better ways of achieving great outcomes for their clients.
*Working with the chosen CRM and keeping data quality to a high standard.
*Working with established processes and procedures to ensure that the service delivered to clients is exceptionally high at all times.
*To actively contribute to continuous enhancement of the service delivery.
*Working within the desired turnaround times.
*Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties.
*Working to meet deadlines.
*Preparing paperwork for client meetings.
*Planning and product research.
*Continual Professional Development.


Skills & Experience Required:
*At least 5 years working in Financial Services, ideally within a financial advisory or planning practice.
*A minimum Level 4 qualification with a desire to work towards Level 6&7 (CFP)
*Experience of oversight and team leading.
*Experience of working as a Paraplanner and supporting a team of financial planners in a financial planning and technical capacity.
*Experience of using platforms such as Transact.
*Experience in challenging providers to achieve great outcomes for clients.
*Excellent communication, spelling, grammar, accuracy.
*Exceedingly high attention to detail.
*A curiousness that allows them to explore new things an understand the ’why’ in all we do.
