Overview:
A growing Scottish firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to advise on wills, Powers of Attorney, succession planning, trusts and executry administration. This role offers autonomy, direct client contact and the chance to develop expertise across a broad private client portfolio.
Role Requirements:
*Advising on wills, succession, inheritance tax and Powers of Attorney
*Managing your own caseload and meeting key deadlines
*Handling executries, trusts and Adults with Incapacity applications
*Drafting and reviewing legal documents and undertaking research
*Liaising with clients and supporting junior colleagues where needed
Experience:
*Previous private client experience (STEP qualification or working toward it welcomed)
*Confident managing files independently and within a team
Skills:
*Detail-focused, organised and proactive
*Clear communicator with a client-focused mindset
*Able to work effectively across varied and sensitive matters
