Working Hours:
*Hybrid working between their office in Loughborough and home
*Standard hours of 8:30am-5pm, flexible hours available.

Our clients are seeking an experienced and qualified Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented financial advisers, helping clients reach their financial goals. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office and the rest working from home.
To be considered for this role, you will already have experience as a paraplanner in a similar company, and ideally your Level 4 qualification or nearly finished.




Desired Experience:
*Ideally Level 4 qualified or nearing completion (full support provided).
*Proven experience as a paraplanner in a similar firm.
*Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
*Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
*A collaborative team player who can also work independently.


Responsibilities & Duties:
*To understand the financial planning requirements of clients, to produce effective and compliant financial planning recommendations and to maintain the strategies over the lifetime of the clients service agreement.
*Carry out technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process.
*Maintain up to date technical knowledge of financial products, financial planning strategies, services, regulatory requirements and codes of practice appropriate to the company.
*Plan; prioritise workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
*To make the best use of available resources and proactively seek new sources of support when necessary.
*Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with the company policy and procedures.
*Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
