At MLC Partners, we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Business Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our growing recruitment business.
This is a central, high-impact role within the business. The Business Coordinator is integral to operational excellence, risk management, and service delivery. You will work closely with consultants, directors, candidates, and clients, gaining exposure across all areas of recruitment operations.
This isn’t just admin. This is exposure to frameworks, audits, managed vendor systems, payroll coordination, consultancy contracts, and business reporting — all within a fast-paced, high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing:*Managing onboarding and compliance across public sector frameworks
*Overseeing managed vendor systems and audit requirements
*Coordinating contracts, rate changes, and extensions
*Supporting weekly payroll processes
*Handling key operational reporting and internal business support
What we’re looking for:*Experience in compliance, recruitment admin, or operations
