Job Description:
Job Title:Estate Surveyor
Duration: 3 - 4 months contract
Location:Bromley, UK
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to manage a varied commercial property portfolio. The role focuses mainly on Landlord & Tenant matters across operational and income-generating assets.
Key Requirements
*MRICS qualifiedor strong experience in general practice surveying within a Local Authority
*Solid experience in:
*Landlord & Tenant work
*Managing commercial property portfolios
*Rent reviews, lease renewals, licences, assignments etc.
*Strong knowledge of:
*Local Authority property transactions
*Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
*Procurement regulations
*Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*Able to prepare clear briefing notes for Members & Senior Management
*Maintain strong audit trails
*High attention to detail
*Proactive and solution-focused mindset
