Structured Career Path
This role offers genuine progression into a qualified mortgage advisory role:
Stage 1 – First 6 Months
*Handle incoming enquiries and book appointments
*Develop mortgage knowledge and client skills
Stage 2 – After Probation
*Join funded Trainee Mortgage Broker course
*Full support to pass CeMAP 1
Stage 3 – After CeMAP 1
Apply for Trainee Mortgage Advisor role including:
*3-week residential training programme
*Ongoing mentoring from Mortgage Sales Manager
*Full training department support
*Clear long-term progression
Key Responsibilities
*Contact new mortgage leads provided
*Pre-qualify customers for mortgage suitability
*Book appointments for mortgage advisors
*Contact existing clients approaching renewal
*Maintain CRM and client records
*Confirm appointments and manage diaries
*Deliver excellent customer service
*Work towards appointment targets
Approx. 50 calls per week (10 per day) — not a call centre environment.
Candidate Requirements
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Motivated by earning potential and career progression
*Interest in becoming a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Broker
*Willing to study CeMAP (funded)
*Positive and driven attitude
