Job Description:
Our client, a global leader in manufacturing serving multiple industries, are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Haydock-based operation. They are hiring on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exception support to customers by handling enquiries promptly and accurately. Thay process orders, returns, and exchanges, whilst ensuring all records are kept fully up to date.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone or email.
*Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
*Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records.
*Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
*Update customer accounts with relevant information and follow up on outstanding matters.
Specification:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs and concerns.
*Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism.
*Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is advantageous but not essential.
