Their team is led by a Partner with 15 years of experience across contentious and non contentious construction law, including high value multi party litigation, professional indemnity matters and negotiation of contracts with architects, engineers and consultants.
The wider property and construction practice also includes a senior partner with extensive experience advising major corporate occupiers on leasing, acquisitions, development, investment and complex strategic property work, including well known names in the media and entertainment sectors.
The firm is known for delivering commercially pragmatic advice, supporting clients across development, engineering, construction, insurance and professional services sectors.
Description
You will work closely with partners on a broad mix of construction matters, including:
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, warranties and related documentation
* Advising on defects, delays, variations, payment disputes and professional negligence issues
* Supporting clients through adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation procedures
* Involvement in major commercial, residential and mixed use development projects
Profile
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2+ years experience
* Experience in construction law, either contentious, non contentious or a blend of both
* Ability to advise a wide range of stakeholders including developers, contractors, consultants, insurers and occupiers
