About the Company:Our firm is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. As part of a small, close-knit team, you will support the CEO, advisers, and paraplanners to improve case turnaround times, streamline workflows, and enhance the service we deliver to clients.
The Role – Senior Financial Planning Administrator:As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you will:
*Provide administrative support to the CEO, advisers, and paraplanners, including meeting packs, post-meeting letters, and documentation
*Manage fund switch paperwork, protection reports, trust forms, drawdown review bookings, and cashflow modelling input
*Assist with client onboarding, holiday/absence cover, and other PA-type duties
*Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and contribute to workflow improvements as a Senior Financial Planning Administrator
Skills & Experience Required:*Proven experience as a Senior Financial Planning Administrator or in financial services administration
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection products
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently while supporting the team as a Senior Financial Planning Administrator
