Commercial Property Solicitor – 1-3 PQE
*Hybrid/flexible working in central Reading - balance office collaboration with remote work
*Varied, high-value caseload: freehold & leasehold sales, purchases, leases/licences, landlord & tenant matters and corporate real estate transactions

About the Firm & Team
A top regional law firm with a strong commercial property practice is expanding. The team advises clients from SMEs to corporates and public sector bodies. Junior and mid-PQE lawyers are given real responsibility, exposure and support, in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload including:
*Freehold & leasehold property sales and purchases
*Grants and taking of leases
*Licence matters (licences to occupy, assign, restricted use)
*Landlord & tenant management
*Corporate property support
*Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, licences and other property documents
*Provide clear, commercial advice to clients
*Liaise with clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
*Contribute to business development and help grow client relationships
About You
*Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in commercial property
*Experience in one or more of: leasehold/freehold acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant matters, leases/licences, corporate property support
*Strong drafting, negotiation and client-care skills
*Organised, proactive and commercially aware
*Confident dealing with clients from SMEs to large corporates/public sector
*Interest in business development and growing a personal property practice
