Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Basic OTE £75k+
Location: Leeds
Working Arrangements: Hybrid (Office-based support during training)

Salary & Benefits
*Basic Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
*Commission: 35% on Monthly banking once salary threshold is hit
*20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
*Realistic OTE once competent: £75,000+
*Full training and qualification support (CeMAP)

*Supportive office-based environment during training

*Close support from experienced advisers
*Clear progression into a fully competent adviser role
Key Responsibilities
*Work alongside experienced advisers during your training period
*Conduct initial client calls and fact-finds under supervision
*Learn how to assess client needs and gather relevant documentation
*Support advisers with case progression and client communication
*Build knowledge of mortgage and protection products
*Develop compliant advice skills in line with FCA regulations
*Progress into managing your own client cases once competent
Working Week
*Monday to Friday
*Standard working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
*Office-based support encouraged during training
*Typically, 3 days per week in the office to access mentoring and support
*Hybrid option available once training is completed
*Flexibility introduced as competence increases
*Weekend work may be required based on business needs or individual preference. Working hours are flexible and will be scheduled to meet operational requirements

*Strong communication and people skills
*Backgrounds in sales, customer service, Property, fitness or coaching welcomed
*Motivated, professional, and career-focused
*CeMAP qualified or currently working towards CeMAP (desirable but not essential)
