Role: HR & People Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Contract: Part-time, permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (FTE)
We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm to recruit a part-time HR & People Assistant to support the smooth and effective running of their People & Culture function.
The firm has built a strong reputation within its sector, known for developing lasting professional relationships and delivering an exceptional standard of service to its clients.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organised environment, and takes pride in providing high-quality administrative support. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating training and development activity, and assisting with leaver administration.
Key responsibilities will also include:

Supporting compliance across HR policies and procedures

Maintaining internal HR systems and shared resources
*
Responding to internal and external HR-related queries with professionalism, discretion, and a strong customer focus
We are seeking a personable and adaptable team player with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and previous experience within an HR or professional services environment would be advantageous.
