adi Facilities Engineering Multi-Skilled Technician
Location – Nationwide Coverage
About the role
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician (Electrically Biased) to join our growing team, working across multiple key client sites nationwide.
This is a remote, hands-on role where you will support non-core engineering and facilities operations, delivering a total support service in partnership with adi Management and Client Engineering Teams.
You will play a key part in ensuring plant reliability, asset availability, and full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
*Carrying out hands-on maintenance of utilities, services, plant equipment and infrastructure
*Supporting electrical systems (bias essential) alongside multi-skilled tasks
*Maintaining pipe systems including steam, heating, cooling, effluent and waste systems
*Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
*Using the client CMMS system to manage maintenance work requests
*Performing root cause analysis to reduce breakdowns and improve asset reliability
*Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site
*Supporting minor project works
*Acting as a key interface between the Client Engineering Team and adi Management
*Participating in call-out duties when required
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
*Electrically biased with multi-skilled maintenance experience
*Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installation
*City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395)
*Strong working knowledge of facilities plant and utility systems
*Experience working within industrial or manufacturing environments
*Ability to interpret and follow risk assessments and method statements
*Experience using CMMS systems
*A full UK driving license with flexibility to travel
