Do you have experience in youth work, residential care, mentoring, sports coaching, or child support roles?
Aspire People is recruiting individuals with transferable skills to work as Unqualified Teaching Assistants in Manchester primary schools.
Your Experience May Include:
Youth worker or mentor
Residential support worker
Sports coach working with children
Behaviour mentor
Childcare or nursery experience
The Role:
Supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional needs
Providing structured classroom support
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Assisting with academic tasks
Acting as a positive role model
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Resilient and confident managing behaviour
Patient and empathetic approach
Willingness to learn school policies and safeguarding procedures
