Job Description:
Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on school experience before pursuing a career in educational psychology, teaching, or child therapy?
Aspire People is recruiting an Unqualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in a supportive Manchester primary school.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
Delivering small group academic interventions
Supporting emotional regulation strategies
Assisting teachers with classroom organisation
Observing and reporting pupil progress
We Are Looking For:
Psychology degree (or related field such as Child Development or Education Studies)
Strong understanding of child behaviour and development
Passion for working with primary-aged children
Confident, proactive, and patient personality
Willingness to learn and develop in a school setting
