Job Description:
SALES & OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - Construction Industry
7.30 am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities/Duties
1. To answer phone, email enquiries from customers
2. To prepare accurate quotations, follow up on them
3. To process contract orders working towards sales flow chart
4. To maintain accurate records ensuring our CRM and databases are up to date and accurate.
5. To schedule jobs and prepare all necessary paperwork
6. To be responsible for general office admin
7. To resolve customer enquiries regarding hoist operations, referring to the Operations & Contracts Manager where required
Role purpose
To take ownership of customer enquiries, quoting, follow up and office administration tasks, seeking to continuously improve and streamline daily tasks and processes.
To be responsible for administering job scheduling and completion for construction hoists, completing all the necessary checks and paperwork in a timely manner.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Essential skills, knowledge & experience
Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload; exceptional oral and written communication skills, effective IT skills. Experience of customer relationship management, high attention to detail. Thrives on working in a fast-paced team environment.
