My client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join a team within the property industry. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all accounting processes run smoothly.

Description
*Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
*Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
*Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end processes.
*Manage invoices, payments, and expense tracking efficiently.
*Support the team with budgeting and financial forecasting.
*Ensure all financial data is updated and stored correctly.
*Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries.
*Assist in preparing documentation for audits or financial reviews.
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
*Experience working within the property sector.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.

A salary of up to £30 P/H.
