We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Credit Controller to join a finance team for one of our well-established clients.
This Credit Control position is key to maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner while being responsible for building strong relationships with customers.
The Key Duties as the Credit Controller:
*Monitor and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely payments
*Chase outstanding invoices and payments via phone and email
*Resolve invoice and account queries efficiently
*Produce aged debt report and escalate high-risk accounts when necessary
*Support month-end duties
*Liaise with the Sales and Finance teams
Skills and Requirements:
*At least 2- years recent Credit Control experience
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
*Good Microsoft Excel skills
