Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Digital IC Verification Lead to own verification strategy and sign-off for advanced digital IC products. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor and guide a growing team.
Key Responsibilities *Lead digital IC verification activities through to tape-out and sign-off.
*Develop and enhance Python-based verification environments (non-UVM).
*Ensure high-quality, production-ready IC designs.
*Support verification across IC (silicon) and FPGA (emulation) platforms.
*Own verification coverage, lint, and quality sign-off processes.
*Maintain and improve automated test systems, ensuring timely issue triage.
*Contribute to RTL development and architectural work where appropriate.
*Provide line management and mentor junior engineers.
Required Experience *15+ years’ hands-on digital IC verification experience.
*Strong Python verification expertise (essential).
*SystemVerilog (SV) experience — not VHDL.
*Proven verification sign-off experience for digital ICs.
*Background in improving verification methodology and processes.
