Job Description:
Artis HR are supporting a respected professional services organisation with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join their established HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a people-focused environment where trust, credibility and sound judgement are essential.
This is a broad, hands-on generalist position supporting managers across a range of people matters. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, guiding leaders through employee relations issues, supporting performance conversations, advising on organisational changes and contributing to wider people initiatives. The environment is fast-paced and relationship-driven, so visibility and strong communication skills are key.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Experience in a HR Advisor role within legal or professional services
Confidence managing employee relations cases with minimal supervision
Solid understanding of UK employment law and how it applies in practice
Experience supporting change or restructuring activity
The ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence using HR data and reporting tools
CIPD qualification or working towards
Salary is up to £42,000 PA plus benefits. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
