4 days office based - Wolverhampton
We’re looking for a commercially-minded digital operator who loves testing, optimising and getting under the skin of what makes customers click. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and shaping a young DTC business, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do
*Take charge of daily DTC performance and keep the digital engine running smoothly.
*Review, test and optimise every week to spot opportunities and drive results.
*Own the online experience end-to-end: funnel, UX, conversion and onsite performance.
*Run paid media and email hands-on — building campaigns, testing audiences and learning fast.
*Improve acquisition efficiency through smart experimentation, not guesswork.
*Turn insights into action, shaping an evolving multi-channel growth strategy.
*Work closely with brand and ops to keep customers happy from first click to delivery.
What Good Looks Like
In 6 months:
*A steady rhythm of testing, learning and improving.
*Clear insights on who converts, what they respond to and why.
*Conversion issues diagnosed and prioritised.
In 12 months:
*Stronger conversion rates and more efficient acquisition.
*Paid, email and onsite all working as one smooth system.
*Confident, data-led decision-making with less leadership oversight.

*Hands-on experience running paid social/search campaigns.
*Practical CRM/email skills — flows, automation, segmentation.
