Description
*Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations and processes.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
*Prepare and review financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
*Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
*Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial systems.
*Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems.
*Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Operations Manager should have:
*MUST HAVE Housing experience
*Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
*Proven experience in financial operations within the not-for-profit sector.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
*Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
*Proficiency in financial systems and software.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £50,500 to £55,500 per annum (pro ratad)
*16% employer pension contribution.
